Meet the Owner

Sean Neary

Managing Director

Formal Sean: Sean’s experience spans over 17 years within the recruitment industry. Growing fed up with poor service levels within the industry, Sean founded Nolan Recruitment in 2016. Putting service at the forefront, Nolan has grown to become one of the leading engineering recruitment agencies in the UK.

Prior to forming Nolan Recruitment Sean began his career with award winning RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcer) Omni RMS, where he recruited permanent candidates across the construction and engineering sectors. Sean then joined the largest procurer of temporary labour within the UK (de Poel), managing the temporary labour recruitment at de Poel for key clients such as Veolia, Shanks and Ceva Logistics.

Informal Sean: Away from the office Sean enjoys spending time with his family. Hobbies include motorcycle racing, football and keeping fit.
